How it works
Six steps, one site visit, about a week from quote to delivery for a typical house.

Request a quote
Send the address, an approximate square footage, the number of floors, and what you need back. A fixed price comes back within one business day, usually faster.
- 02
Schedule the visit
Most projects are scheduled within the week. Access is the only real constraint: vacant is easiest, occupied works fine with a two to four hour window.
- 03
The scan
Every room on every floor in scope gets a scan position, more in large or irregular rooms. Each position captures LiDAR geometry and a 360 panorama. Exterior positions are added when elevations are ordered. A typical house is three to four hours.

Processing
The positions are registered into one model, the floor plans are drafted and checked to ANSI Z765-2021, the room and opening report is generated, and the walkthrough is published.
- 05
Delivery
The capture package arrives as one link within five business days of the visit, usually sooner. Drafted CAD, elevations, and RCPs follow on their own turnaround, seven to ten business days.
- 06
Revisions
One round of revisions is included on drafted deliverables. If a dimension needs confirming or an exterior side needs recapturing, that is handled, not billed.
What a visit covers
A scan position in every room, more in large or irregular ones, with the coverage overlapping so the geometry registers into one model. Closets, mechanical rooms, and stairs included. Nothing sampled, nothing estimated between positions.
What to prepare
Access
Keys, a lockbox code, or a person on site. Every room in scope needs to be enterable, including closets, mechanical rooms, and the attic if it is being drawn.
Clear sight lines
Nothing needs to be moved out. Open doors and curtains, turn the lights on, and clear anything blocking a wall face if you can. Furniture is fine.
Your standards
If you are ordering drafted CAD, send a sample drawing, a layer list, and a title block before the visit so the drafting starts the day the scan is processed.
