What you get
One capture package, the same for every project. Drafting is added on top when you want the base drawing done for you.
Included in every capture
-
3D walkthrough
Web link, unbranded, no login
A browser based model of the space, stitched from every scan position. Walk it, look up, look down, click any two points and read the distance. It stays live for the length of the project, so the contractor can check a dimension during bidding without a site visit and the client can see the space without being in it.
-
ANSI floor plans
PDF, SVG
One plan per floor, dimensioned, with room labels and areas calculated to ANSI Z765-2021. Wall thicknesses are measured, not assumed. Fixtures are placed where they are, not where a template puts them.
-
DWG export
DWG, RVT, ESX
The measured geometry as vector linework: walls, openings, and fixtures on their own layers, ready to draft over. Also available as an RVT import for Revit.
-
Room and opening report
CSV, PDF
A structured table of every room with its area and ceiling height, and every door and window opening with its width and height. Drop it into a schedule or a takeoff.
-
Registered point cloud
DXF, RCS on request
Every point the scanner measured, from every position, registered into one coordinate system across all floors. This is the source the drawings are checked against, and the file to hand your team if they would rather model it themselves. Included at no charge whenever any drafting add on is ordered.
-
360 imagery
JPG, and embedded in the walkthrough
High resolution panoramas at every scan position. The plan tells you where the wall is. The panorama tells you what the wall is made of, what the trim profile is, and where the outlet sits.
Add on drafting
Ordered with the capture or after it. Everything is drafted from the same scan, so nothing needs a second visit.

What this is not
It is not a land survey. Property lines, easements, and grade across the lot are a licensed surveyor's work, and a scan does not replace it.
It is not a structural or condition assessment. The scan records geometry and appearance. It does not see inside walls, and it does not report on the condition of what it sees.
It is not a finished BIM model. The RVT export is measured geometry you build the model on top of, not a parameterized building with families, materials, and phase data. The 3D models page lists exactly what the file does and does not contain.
Knowing what the deliverable is not is part of using it well. The accuracy page covers where the numbers come from and what limits them.
SAMPLE SET
Open the drawings before you order them
A complete set from a real project, in the formats you would receive. Open it in your own software and check the layers, the annotation, and the level of detail against what your office actually needs.
Drawn from a real project, with the address and client removed.
- CAD floor plans, both floors (DWG)
- Exterior elevations (DWG)
- Plotted drawing set (PDF)
- Registered point cloud (DXF)
SAMPLE_SET.url not set. Add the file to /public/downloads/ and point the config at it. Until then this block shows this notice instead of a dead button.
