Carries your configuration into the form. An estimate, not a contract: the fixed quote comes back within one business day.
Day rate is $500 up to 10,000 sq ft and $800 above it, because a larger building is a longer day on site. Travel outside the five boroughs is quoted separately. Manual MEP and utility measurements is a flat $450 and is not in the calculator.
How the number is built
Two parts, and nothing hidden behind either.
The day rate pays for the visit: travel inside the five boroughs, setup, and the time on site. It is $500 up to 10,000 square feet and $800 above it, because a larger building is a longer day.
The deliverables are priced per square foot, at published rates. You pay for what you order and nothing else. The walkthrough and imagery are on every project, and the registered point cloud is always free.
The smallest possible project is $635: the day rate plus the capture on a 1,500 square foot minimum. Anything smaller than that is quoted at the minimum, because the drive and the setup cost the same either way.

Buy the drawings later
Scan once. Order drafting whenever the project justifies it.
The scan measures the whole building whether or not you order every drawing from it. The point cloud is the record, and it does not expire.
So you can start with the capture and the plans, and come back in a month or a year for elevations, a ceiling plan, or the 3D model. Those are drafted from the data already on file at the published rate, with no second visit and no day rate a second time.
This is worth knowing on a project waiting for financing, a phased renovation, or a building you are still deciding what to do with. Capture it while you have access, decide the rest later.

Terms
The calculator produces an estimate. The quote that comes back is fixed, and it is the invoice you get unless you add scope.
Travel inside the five boroughs is in the day rate. New Jersey, Westchester, and Connecticut add $100 to $250 depending on distance, quoted up front. Two or three properties in the same town on the same day share that cost.
Quotes hold for 30 days. Payment is net 15 from delivery of the capture. Drafted deliverables are invoiced on delivery.
Cancellation inside 24 hours of a scheduled visit is billed at the day rate. One round of revisions on drafted deliverables is included, and a return visit caused by capture conditions is on me.
Scan data is kept on file and drawings can be ordered from it later at the published rate, with no second day rate. If you want it removed instead, say so and it is removed.
Firms with recurring work can set a standing rate below the published one. Mention it when you request a quote.
